I Dig Dahlias & Other Tender Bulbs with Jane Ketterer 9:30 – 10:30 am
Jane is an expert at planting, growing, digging and storing tender bulbs. As the frost arrives, it’s time to dig your dahlias, and other tender bulbs. Then you need to dry them and prepare them for winter storage. Learn all about it from the expert!
Growing Great Garlic 11:00 – 12:00 pm
Join us as we share knowledge and enthusiasm for growing great garlic, one of the easiest crops you can produce in your back yard. Garlic is planted in the late fall. This workshop is perfectly timed to help you grow a great crop of garlic that you will harvest next July!

Halloween Fairy Festival
10:30 am-12:00 pm or 1:30-3:00 pm
Creatures of all kinds are invited to participate in our second annual Halloween themed Fairy Festival. We’re expanding to include gnomes, goblins, and gremlins of all sorts to celebrate this enchanting time of year. Activities include Fairy(or goblin) house building in the Natureworks gardens. Participants will make and take home a Pumpkin Paradise mini-garden made out of a hollowed-out sugar pumpkin and seasonal annuals.
Choose a session 10:30 am-12:00 pm or 1:30-3:00 pm; Wearing costumes is highly encouraged!
