Two Free Garden Workshops!

9:30-10:30 a.m. The Magic of Terrariums

Join the Natureworks staff for this hands on demonstration and join in the fun! Create your own terrarium – we have some really cool containers and plants for you to pick from. Or, feel free to bring your own container. We conducted this workshop last year and the response was great- so if you missed it, come check it out!

11:30-12:30 p.m. Seed Starting Basics

Join Jane Ketterer, our own “organic gardener extraordinaire”, as she explains how to start your seeds indoors ahead of time for tomatoes, peppers, eggplants and a lot more. This free workshop is scheduled JUST AT THE RIGHT TIME to start these warm loving crops and have them ready to plant in the garden in mid-May after the danger of frost has passed.

New This Year at Natureworks...Nancy will sit with our guest speakers for 15 minutes before their workshop and carry on an informal conversation. Learn a bit more about these gardening experts and how Nancy has come to know them over the years.

GROW ORGANIC KIDS Open to all those young at heart.

THURSDAY EVENING WORKSHOPS Beginning at 5 p.m. until 6 p.m. or so.

SATURDAY MORNING WALKS and WORKSHOPS Every Saturday 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.

THE SUNDAY SERIES Occasional Sundays throughout the season 1-2 p.m.

Nancy DuBrule-Clemente conducts workshops and themed garden walks in the Natureworks Organic Demonstration Garden.

All of Nancy's walks and workshops are FREE OF CHARGE but on occasion we have a special event which might cost a small fee. If so, it will be noted. Questions are always welcomed. Unless specified, there is no need to register, just show up.
